I endorse every word that Dragana said -until the Croatian part starts, jeje, for that part I can only say: well done, that's what I'd call making a good use of those recharged batteries ;-D-. It was soooo enriching, inspiring and such a hope-source. I did learn a lot, and not only about democratic education. And above it all, it was so much fun :-)!. Thank you to all. I want to thank again everyone who worked soooo hard and so good for this awesome gathering to happen: local organisers, members of the council, and all who happily participated in all sorts of ways during those 10 days for the sake of the great working of the conference. I met so many wonderful people and managed to charge my batteries so much that I have been busy doing work towards a democratic school in Croatia and also preparing, together with Kosjenka Brajdic, a mini democratic education conference event in March 2009 in Zagreb. Leonard and Martin have agreed to come, as well as Marc Luyckx, to give us support and present+promote the democratic education idea in Croatia. I am looking forward to the next event, EUDEC and IDEC combined or whatever. Please do not allow politics of any kind to interfere with EUDEC work. I am very impressed to see what already exists and how many ideas there are. It was a great inspiration to me as well. I hope that the organisation of democratic education will continue to grow and to exist for a long long long time.
